Capsicum Plaster Should Not Be Pasted In Three Situations
Various Medical plasters are mostly used to relieve and treat joint pain, bruises and certain diseases in dermatology. However, the following three situations should not be used:
01. Allergies.
Some people are allergic to Capsicum plaster, and experience burning pain, itching, rash, and even redness. Once the above adverse reactions are found, stop using it immediately. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor. In severe cases, apply anti-inflammatory topical ointment on the allergic parts, and take anti-allergic drugs under the guidance of a doctor if necessary.
02. Broken skin.
It is not suitable for patients with skin ulceration, external bleeding, local redness, swelling and heat pain, and suppurative sores. If Capsicum plaster is used directly at the damaged site, it may cause excessive local absorption of drugs and cause adverse reactions.
03. Pregnancy.
Capsicum plaster, which is commonly used for bone injuries, generally contains ingredients for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis. Pregnant women should not use it or use it with caution to avoid miscarriage. If you need to use it, you need to consult an obstetrician first, and avoid sticking to the waist and umbilical abdomen.
